Expert Team
Our expert team is led by the company’s Vice President, Yancheng Zhang, and consists of 18 senior psychologists. The team members not only possess extensive psychological knowledge but also have a deep understanding of traditional Chinese culture, enabling them to provide cross-cultural, in-depth mental health services to clients.
Our expert team is committed to starting from the individual’s inner world, using an innovative approach that combines psychological methods with traditional cultural wisdom to help clients achieve deep self-awareness and healing. We emphasize practical application and personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives genuine care and support.
Jiuxiang Zhang
He is the Executive Director of the Psychological Health Work Committee of the China Social Work Federation, a member of the Expert Committee, the Executive Director of the Marriage and Family Professional Committee of the China Life Care Association, the Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee of the China EAP Academy, and the Vice President of the Asian Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Association.
With 35 years of experience in psychological theory research and practice, he has handled over 13,500 counseling cases, accumulating more than 35,000 hours of case work and over 2,200 hours of group counseling. He has extensive case studies and rich experience in psychological counseling.
Yancheng Zhang
Vice President and Head of the Expert Team, with a Ph.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. He is a member of the Clinical and Counseling Psychology Professional Committee of the Chinese Psychological Society, a member of the Cultural Psychology Professional Committee of the Chinese Social Psychology Society, and a director of the Psychological Health Branch of the China Health Care Association.
He has published a personal book titled The Exploration of the Huangdi Neijing Nourishing Spirit Theory and Its Application in the Prevention and Treatment of Depression and has authored 13 professional academic papers, including 8 in core journals. By organically combining medicine, traditional culture, and contemporary psychology, he developed the "Guanzhi Therapy." He has led over 40 corporate group counseling sessions and handled nearly 500 individual counseling cases, accumulating over 3,000 hours of counseling. His services have benefited more than 30,000 individuals, with a deep focus on the treatment and rehabilitation of depression, employee mental health in companies, and the psychological growth of adolescents.

We provide psychological health support and counseling services for employees, designed to help them cope with psychological challenges in both work and life, enhancing overall work efficiency and employee well-being. Our services include employee mental health assessments, individual counseling, team psychological coaching and training, health and psychological workshops, and employee mental health reports, among other key offerings.
